PAS DGA products are designed for condition monitoring purposes. They are not primary protection devices and should not be relied upon as the sole means of transformer protection. VA Technology Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
5. Intended Use
PAS DGA monitors are designed for monitoring dissolved gases in transformer insulating oil for condition assessment purposes. They are not certified as safety devices. Transformer protection must include appropriate electrical protection relays (differential, overcurrent, Buchholz) independent of the DGA monitor.
6. Warranty
PAS DGA maintains a comprehensive warranty policy. Warranty scope, duration, and service terms are defined per product and per commercial agreement, and are stated in the product documentation and sales contract. The warranty stated in the applicable product documentation and sales contract is the sole and exclusive warranty for PAS DGA products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
8. Export Compliance
PAS DGA products may be subject to export control regulations. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
