4. Limitation of Liability
PAS DGA products are designed for condition monitoring purposes. They are not primary protection devices and should not be relied upon as the sole means of transformer protection. VA Technology Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
5. Intended Use
PAS DGA monitors are designed for monitoring dissolved gases in transformer insulating oil for condition assessment purposes. They are not certified as safety devices. Transformer protection must include appropriate electrical protection relays (differential, overcurrent, Buchholz) independent of the DGA monitor.
6. Warranty
Standard warranty: 5 years for PAS DGA monitor hardware, 10 years for palladium thin-film sensor elements (against calibration drift exceeding 10% of reading). Full warranty terms are provided with product documentation. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for PAS DGA products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
8. Export Compliance
PAS DGA products may be subject to export control regulations. Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
